i really think that this is such a good game, especially because it has multiple endings that depend on the decisions we make throughout the game. it makes the experience more meaningful because our choices affect how the story unfolds nd it reflects the reality of being a breadwinner.
but i have a suggestion for the developers! hehe what if, in the main menu, players could choose whether they want to play as a kuya or an ate? i know it might not be that easy to implement since it could require changes to the dialogue, story, or some scenes, but i think it would actually make the game even more interesting and relatable to more players.
being a kuya or an ate who carries the responsibility of providing for their family comes with different experiences, expectations, and struggles. it would be interesting to see how the story and its endings might differ depending on which role we choose :) it could also help more players connect with the game on a personal level, especially those who can relate to the pressure of being the eldest sibling or the one expected to support their family.
of course, i already think the game is amazing as it is! this is just a suggestion that i think could make breadwinner even more impactful and relatable to its players. keep up the great work, developers! <3
I just finished playing this game. Lumabas lang tong game na to sa fyp sa tiktok and thinking of trying it out. The game is so intense to point you already feel the hardships of being the breadwinner of the family. I got the happy ending. Kudos to the Devs and to everyone who is part of making this game. I really loved it!!!
Kanina, I was just watching reels when a reel of a streamer si Patrick Santos suddenly popped up. The game was so intense even though it was just a highlight, I could really feel it because I am also an older brother (kuya) and could soon be a breadwinner. I really felt the tension of the game and the actual hardships you have to go through to thrive when you're a breadwinner. I hope this game trends so that people will realize how difficult life is in our homeland.
I just played it now and this is so unique kind of horror game like not intentionally na horror sya but the horror of reality. I wonder ilan ang endings nito, also hoping kung may secret ending 😅 sana there is a way to make kuya na lumaki yung sahod nya, like may other characters to unlock or introduce based sa decision ng players para makatulong kay kuya or any instances of blessing na mag bibring ng good ending for the family or vise versa so we can have a worst ending. I hope more story and more context to every character kapag nag interact . The game is very enjoyable, easy access kahit thru browser even naka phone playable sya. Di sya yung tatamarin ka ulitin para makita mo lang yung other endings, gusto mo sya ulitin kase nararamdaman mo na parang ikaw mismo yung nasa game, very immersive nya and mapapa sigh ka nalang talaga kase di nalalayo sa tunay na buhay. To all breadwinners out there and to all na pinagkakasya and binabudget ang kanilang mga gastusin araw araw to survive. Makakaahon din tayo soon. I am a fan of this game now! Thanks devs! I'll just add up ko lang po, i don't know if it is a bug, but i already pay for the ulam and sa bigas naman, and kapag kinausap ko si nanay, ang sasabihin nyang specific ulam saken na kainin kong tira is sinigang pero pag kakain na silang lahat, ang ulam is adobong konti ang karne, or kanin at toyo which supposedly sinigang dapat? Napansin ko lang po hehe. Anw this is my third time playing it right now to see other outcomes. Thank you devs!
the most unnerving type of horror for me are the ones that open your eyes to the horrors of reality. given the circumstances that a lot of low-income filipino families face, i feel like this game executed that very well. made me feel very helpless trying to divide my sweldo to accommodate each of my family’s needs. i really hope that future updates will introduce more interactivity to the game. great concept!
This game made me cry to be honest .. i felt it when I was in animation industry .. like ang hirap mag budget kahit weekly .. susuko ka nlng tlga at aminin na wala tlgang pera sa art ... but if you believed, talgang makakaraos ka .. keep it up!

i really like the story and the art style. one thing though, is how repetitive the game. i suggest, you guys can add what happened to work or what basically they went through the day. but overall, its so nice. it can have different endings based on your decisions depicting every filipino breadwinners goes through every single day

Grabe psychological horror. I wonder if there is a happy ending on this game. Nakakadepress lang talaga siya as a breadwinner myself na walang ways to skip the ending na wala yung bata at tatay. Maybe I am playing it wrong

this game is definitely worth playing. it's great, from its genius writing to its amazing art style. it does a good job in tackling the topic: being the breadwinner and carrying the responsibility and weight of things. puwedeng each playthrough with different choices? brilliant. dahil punong-puno ng "what ifs" ang buhay. hirap na hirap din akong i-budget yung pera ko without putting other things and people in jeopardy. definitely worth your while.
